Dawn comes to us with 14 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage business, including origination and processing. She earned a BA from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and an MA from Washington State University in Pullman,
WA. Following the marriage to her husband, an Eglin AFB firefighter, in 2005, Dawn moved to the Fort Walton Beach area to further pursue her career in mortgage banking. Although Dawn specializes in VA financing, she's also
experienced in Construction to Permanent financing options and loves helping first time homebuyers obtain financing for their new homes.
In addition to helping people achieve homeownership, Dawn is very active within the community, volunteering regularly with various local charitable organizations. Dawn is a current member of IMPACT 100 and is the 2014 president
of the board of directors for Shelter House, the domestic and sexual violence shelter serving Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Dawn and her husband live in Niceville with their four "rescue" cats.
